I’m a mid-year intake Graduate diploma student, finishing next year. Originally from the Northern Territory, moving to Adelaide for civil engineering. Throughout my studies I’ve found that the parts of design I find most enjoyable are problem solving, especially when centered around manufacturing and experience design.
My project centers around how to create a better standard for grip and applying that knowledge to the creation of new texture and profiles for rotomolded polyethylene surfaces. Existing standards are inherently vague, and don’t mimic that of a human walking.
