My journey in design has been shaped by my background in Community Wellbeing and Advocacy. I always try to approach my work with a considerate mindset, keeping ethical considerations and social responsibility at the forefront. I’m genuinely passionate about creating innovative solutions that can make a positive difference in people’s lives and our communities. Because of this design for usability is an area I find fascinating and I’m constantly working to improve my skills. Designed for precision cutting, this innovative handheld rotary tool features bevel gears for redirected rotation and a secure attachment mechanism enhancing stability and safety. Inspired by Google Home’s design the tool incorporates snap-on covers, which conceal recessed screws and enhance textural elements while retaining the tools aesthetic form. Embracing current and future technologies, including Google’s Gemini AI, the tool offers intelligent assistance for material detection, maintenance, vibration reduction, and safety features, making it a unique tool that addresses both functional tasks and user experience.
