Growing up I have always enjoyed making objects and the process of trial and error that comes along with it. This iterative process has always been a key tool in my design repertoire. Over the past 4 years I have engaged in the process of observation, ideation, and iteration to develop new ideas and products. This design methodology continues to keep me engaged and I have a desire to further develop my knowledge and skill set in a team-based environment.
GALLERY
I was part of the micro mobility project for Beam, where we designed a future electric scooter. This project was done in collaboration with Glen Owin, Oliver Hongell, Sarah Franks and Victoria Aceiro.
The project required the development of a form of e-micro mobility unique to the Australian market. This concept will improve the last mile journey and overall user experience. The vehicle will be designed in context for the Australian transport environment within the next 2 to 5 years, as highlighted by the Future Transport Technology Roadmap 2021 - 2024.
