After a career in the Information Communication Technology industry, I returned to university to explore a passion for physical product design, drawing and a thirst for creative endeavours, completing the Bachelor of Product Design in 2022. This year as part of the 2023 Graduate Diploma in Industrial Design the concluding project aim was to develop a bin system to be used at festivals and events. The bin system was to be based on the familiar home waste system approaches, able to be transported on a pallet, easy to assemble, and disassemble and offer additional affordances to correct waste stream management.
