Growing up I would tinker with every little toy and gadget trying to understand how they work. Throughout my childhood I was fascinated by creating things and felt a great sense of satisfaction through the process. As a prepubescent boy I made a few video games in my free time and experimented with making videos. In high school I chose the computer aided design class and absolutely loved it. Which eventually brought me to buying a 3D printer at 15 years old. This 3D printer proved to be one of the best purchases I had ever made. I paid it off by making family members gifts with it that they seemed to appreciate much more than if I went off and bought them something. I created small parts that would save having to buy a more expensive part online and my friends would sometimes ask me to print things for them. This innate passion of mine aligned perfectly with the product design course at UNISA Which made me fall in love with Rendering, rapid prototyping and most of all creating objects that people will feel an emotional connection with and truly love and use.
