Hi, I’m Saverio Scriva. I am currently a 3rd year product design student studying at the University of South Australia. As a creative and curious individual I always aspire to evolve and grow, expressing myself through design. Design is one of the most crucial aspects of our society, and it has the power to change the way we live and think. It’s for this reason that I aim to produce ‘good design’, which has responsibility and purpose. Doing so in a collaborative design process, from research all the way through to the final delivery.
This multi-functional device was designed for the brand Balance to help improve mental wellness, aligning with their meditation app. It utilises the human senses of sight, sound, smell, and touch to create an immersive meditation experience for the users. The ProSense has a compact design with can be split into separate parts, one a massager, and the other an essential oil diffuser. Each part can be used independently or paired together with the balance app for an immersive experience.
